About the Role:
Support organizations in navigating transitions brought on by new technologies, processes, or mergers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies

  • Assess organizational readiness and resistance points

  • Provide training programs to ease transitions

  • Monitor adoption progress and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field

  • Certifications like Prosci or CCMP preferred

  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in managing organizational change initiatives
